Anyone who's been reading the Still Waters blog
for the last month or so has no doubt noticed
all the posts about flowers.
And indeed it is true.
Once spring and warmer temperatures arrived,
my thoughts turned to flowers.
And I'm still thinking of flowers.
It seems every day there is another beautiful flower blooming here in the Shire.

Today I noticed day lilies opening up everywhere.
I am partial to the orange ones that grow wild.
But the nice thing about day lilies and tiger lilies
is that there is a color for just about everybody.

Lilies--so beautiful, so reminiscent of early summer.
